哥们我只能说太正常了，关键是你没有一个长期的性伙伴，要不最多你也就是一天3次啊，年少还是克制一点，但不要太压抑自己，实在不行就去游泳，可以最大的消耗你的精力，要是能找到一个女友最好了，一周2-4次就可以接受，太多了，到你30的时候，真心的，真是年少不知精子贵，老来望屄空叹泪啊！
