最近刚交了女友，发生了性关系，做了几次，发觉抽插不自然，只能一下一下的抽插，搞得跟没感觉，和看片的都不一样，各位大哥，我该怎么办？需要怎么锻炼吗？175高，70kg是要锻炼腰部力量吗？
