[求医问药] 包皮过长一定要割么？有没有其他方法解决？

我去年割的，主要是炎症一直反复，对自己和对性伙伴都不太好，所以就去割了。上海那边，下来的话2000多，打钛钉那种，疼痛还好，一周左右可以正常。主要是1个月没性生活比较憋得难受。
