手淫不会导致尿酸偏高的  要明确高尿酸血症的病因，先查清楚是原发性高尿酸血症还是继发性高尿酸血症 ，楼主的尿酸值估计是要药物加饮食治疗了
并且改变生活方式是治疗高尿酸血症的关键，要严格的低嘌呤饮食，
1.多喝水：保持每天饮水量在2000，促进尿酸排出。2、避免高盐，高脂肪食物。3、避免高嘌呤食物：动物内脏，海鲜食品，豆制品，干果，酒类都是嘌呤较高的一定要尽量少吃。
